Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the beta last?
We're onboarding customers one at a time to ensure quality. Beta will continue until we've validated the product with early customers. We'll give at least 30 days notice before introducing paid plans.
What happens to my data after beta?
Your data stays yours. If you choose not to continue after beta, you'll have 30 days to export everything. We'll never hold your data hostage.
Is there a limit on page views during beta?
No artificial limits during beta. We're focused on learning how teams use the product, not counting page views. Fair use applies—if you're sending us billions of events, let's talk.
Can I self-host OpenGander?
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. The core is built on open-source technologies (OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse), so self-hosting is architecturally possible. Let us know if this is important to you.
What's your data retention policy?
30 days by default during beta. We're exploring longer retention options for the paid tier. Aggregated data (hourly/daily rollups) can be retained longer than raw events.
